HOW WE
DO IT

Once your session is booked in, that’s it. We come to you!

We provide the equipment, we provide the exercise and
most importantly, we provide the enjoyment and
help create the foundations for healthy habits.

WHAT
WE DO

We provide group or individual training for people with disabilities in a fun and safe environment. The training adopts
a holistic approach to exercise, focused on helping our clients become more mobile, interpersonal and capable individuals.

WHY WE
DO IT

We’re a passionate team of trainers that believe physical activity should be accessible for everyone, regardless of intellectual or physical capabilities.

“ (Our son's) face lights up when we talk to him about his workouts, we have seen his confidence grow along with his strength & mobility. His trainers] really care about him and right from the outset have tried hard to connect with Tom and meet his needs. If you want someone to
be more than a trainer and
focus on the individual,
See the Ability
is for you.”

“'See the Ability' really does just that. My 16 year old son, Oliver, has an intellectual disability whose go-to position is lying in front of the TV.
James has motivated him to become active and to improve his fitness
and Oliver looks forward to each
weekly session with great
anticipation.
