Prior to founding See the Ability, James was
a support worker for children and adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.
He was also a strength and conditioning coach, which is where he noticed a lot of the individuals he was caring for were lacking mobility and overall health and wellbeing.
Helping these people to become more empowered and capable within themselves
seemed like the obvious solution, and thus,
See the Ability was born.

Adrienne loves working with children and young adults with a variety of abilities and personalities! Adrienne started with See the Ability in 2018 whilst she was studying at university.
She is now a qualified physiotherapist working at a paediatric physiotherapy clinic, and has continued her work at See the Ability on weekends. Outside of her work you’ll find Adrienne in a boxing or pilates class, or in the kitchen baking up a storm!

Indiana has always had a passion for
sport and exercise, and an even bigger passion for people.
She is in the process of completing a bachelor of Sport Science at Victoria University, with hopes of continuing on to promote exercise and wellbeing across all communities of people.
