James completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Bachelor of Business, and whilst doing so, also worked as a support worker and strength and conditioning coach. He founded See the Ability in Melbourne in 2018, and having moved to the Gold Coast, he is excited to help as many people as possible get healthy and strong!
